A group of our interested students recently attended a Military Career Fair where they had the unique opportunity to explore a variety of careers associated with the National Guard.
During the event, students experienced hands-on demonstrations and spoke with service members to learn about the diverse roles and responsibilities within the Guard—from engineering and military police to communications and aviation. It was an eye-opening experience that gave them insight into how the National Guard serves both our state and our nation.

First Meet in the Books! 🏃♂️☀️
April 8th marked the first outdoor track meet of the season for the Parshall-North Shore Plaza Braves! The team traveled to Watford City and showed up ready to compete.
It was a great day to kick off the season—but it was definitely a long one! Huge shoutout to our athletes for staying focused and giving it their all from start to finish. 💪

NSP 8th and 10th graders took a trip to Stanley to participate in a real-life financial simulation, where they budgeted and managed the finances of their chosen careers. Students purchased vehicles and insurance, balanced checking accounts, paid for daycare, shopped for professional clothing, paid student loan payments (if their career required a college degree), and much more. They even had the opportunity to apply for a credit card—after learning about interest and how it works.

NSP kicked off reading month activities today! We are ready to get reading with our peeps! A calendar and reading tickets will come home today with students in grades k-6. There will also be fun reading prizes for the high school who can also read at home and school to receive tickets. Lots of fun activities are planned to spring up a love of reading this month. A special thanks to our amazing community for the many donations we receive to make this amazing event to happen for the students 💕🐾
