Girls Volleyball Summer Speed, Strength, and Agility will be open for girls entering Grades 7-12.
Their format will be as follows. They will meet Monday, Wednesday, and Friday starting June 2nd
7 AM meet in the new gym for warm ups and ball drills
7:30 AM will be jumping and sprinting
8 AM will be skill work
8:30 AM lifting
9 AM Finish
