FYI Summer Speed and Strength will begin Monday, June 5. The program will be open to students entering the 5th-12th grade. We will lift and run on Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays. There will be a lifting time for 8-12 grade boys, 8-12 grade girls and 5-7 boys and girls. More information to come.
