Mrs. Gravesen and her Aviators teamed up with Mrs. Daniel to make positive packs for the girls basketball team. The Aviators, which are composed of our K-3rd graders were learning about the importance of community and connecting with others. This was a perfect way to show how they could do that! The Aviators worked as a team to put together positive packs which included: hand written/colored encouraging messages, canvas bags, and they made each player a team key chain.
Strong bonds/connections grow when we keep on encouraging one another and building each other up. Great job Aviators and GOOD LUCK BOMBERS!
As of this morning, Laurie shared that there are 92 people signed up for the Gary Gathman Memorial Blood Drive on March 17 — that's awesome! Let's try to reach 125 donors and set a new record. We’re close, but we need your help to get there. If you would like to participate, please call Laurie or Andy to add your name to the list. First District Health Unit will be at the Berthold School on Wednesday March 11th for a spring immunization clinic. Please make note that FDHU public health nurse Melissa Burud will be calling parents of students who are due for immunizations to sign them up for the clinic. This clinic includes students in grades kindergarten through senior. Thank you.
