On May 7th, Lukas Roberts from Popplers Music in Grand Forks brought out some instruments for students to try. 4th grade students from Plaza and Berthold were given a crash course on holding and creating a sound on the instruments. They were able to try woodwind and brass instruments to get an idea of which instrument they might want to play in 5th grade band.
This music petting zoo is a wonderful opportunity for the students, and we thanked Lukas for bringing all the instruments! Lukas will be back in Berthold at the open house on August 18th. He will bring instruments you can buy/rent to own!
