This year, we successfully launched our meats processing lab. Students in the Agricultural Processing class gained comprehensive experience in knife safety, meat quality standards, packaging, and labeling, as well as identifying primary and secondary cuts.

To add on to their classroom instruction, the class participated in a field trip to Mema's Meats, where they engaged in hands-on training prior to processing a donated beef carcass in our facility. Furthermore, our lab has officially secured licensing for custom cutting.
