Berthold elementary science students are eagerly awaiting the launch of Artemis II. The rocket was revealed this Saturday as it was moved from the NASA assembly building to the launch pad at Kennedy Space Center at Cape Canaveral in Florida moving at a whooping speed of under 1 mile per hour. The students have been learning about how this mission will launch four astronauts around the moon and back to Earth. We even learned that North Dakota has two engineers that work for NASA. The career possibilities are endless, even for kids from small town North Dakota. Our students are ready to “shoot for the moon” in any venture they dare to make with discipline, hard work, and a dream!
