If you saw kids running around town last week, they weren't skipping school! The First Graders braved the cold and wind Wednesday morning to disperse flyers around Berthold for their food drive. With the help of many, they were able to organize this event in an effort to help replenish Berthold's local food pantry. With Mr. Ritteman chauffeuring, Mrs. Hennessy and her students went door-to-door by bus to deliver flyers around town.
First Grade is asking Berthold residents to leave donations on their doorstep on the morning of Monday, November 20th. They will be picking donations up between 9:00 and 11:00am to deliver directly to Berthold’s food pantry.
If you do not live in Berthold, but wish to contribute, please feel free to drop off any items at the school before 11:00am Monday, November 20th. First Grade thanks you for your help!
