The Ag Processing class had the opportunity to tour Genesis Seed and see how they process hard red spring wheat into whole wheat flour. The students were each given a bag of flour to take back to the school and they've been trying it out in different recipes from cookies to pie crust. They've really been enjoying this wheat processing unit that also provides some great desserts!
