As part of the strategic planning process, we are identifying traits and/or skills that we would like to develop in all of our students.
Last week, 140 parents, staff members, students, and district residents responded to a survey that asked ... which of the traits below is MOST IMPORTANT for our students to possess?.
Here are the results:
- 58% - Accountability
- 16% - Communication
- 11% - Citizenship
- 8% - Grit
- 7% - Self-Awareness
The strategic planning committee will meet tonight in Plaza to discuss results and determine which traits we will focus on this school year.
- The committee when will then use data to determine are present level and set a goal of where we want to be in May.
- Once a goal is set, the committee will create a plan to achieve that goal.
