Lewis and Clark Art Students Attend Notstock

The Lewis and Clark High School Art Students attended NOTSTOCK this past Friday at Minot State University. Students had the opportunity for hands-in, hands-on interaction and participation for numerous art forms. Activities included screen printing t-shirts, wheel throwing on the pottery wheels, and participation in a juried tattoo design competition. Students also attended a lecture by professional print makers Ben Chalpek and Dave Kloc. These artists illustrate and screen print posters for bands, comedians, and sometimes hockey teams.
